1. About these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website fusionyoga.online (the “Website”) and your purchase of and access to the online video courses offered on it (the “Courses”). The Website and Courses are provided by Tetiana Nezhuryna, a private individual (“we”, “us”, “the Seller”). By using the Website or purchasing a Course you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. The Courses

Each Course is a set of pre‑recorded digital video lessons and accompanying downloadable materials (such as printable guides and audio files), as described on the Course page at the time of purchase. Courses are digital content; no physical goods are shipped.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are one‑time payments. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges unless clearly stated otherwise.
• Depending on your country, applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
• Payments are processed by a third‑party payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• We may change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect Courses you have already purchased.

4. Access and delivery

After successful payment you will receive access details at the email address you provide, usually within a few minutes. If you do not receive them within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and then contact us at fdhbugk372@outlook.com.

“Lifetime access” means access for as long as the Website and Course remain available. If we ever discontinue a Course, we will give you reasonable advance notice and the opportunity to download the materials that are available for download.

5. Licence and permitted use

When you buy a Course, we grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to view and use it for your own non‑commercial purposes. You may practise together with members of your household. You may not:

• share your login details or give others access to your account;
• copy, download (except materials provided as downloads), record, resell, publicly show or redistribute the Courses;
• use the Courses to teach paid classes or create competing products.

All videos, texts, images and materials on the Website are owned by or licensed to Tetiana Nezhuryna and are protected by copyright. We may suspend access for accounts that breach this section.

6. Health and safety

The Courses provide general fitness and wellness education. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and do not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, are recovering from surgery or injury, are pregnant, or take medication, consult your doctor.

You practise at your own risk. Always follow the seated and supported variations when in doubt, stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or discomfort, and seek medical help if needed.

7. Refunds

Every Course comes with a 30‑day money‑back guarantee. Details are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the Courses or the Website, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). In any case, our total liability relating to a Course is limited to the amount you paid for that Course. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Availability of the Website

We aim to keep the Website and Courses available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability, and we may update Course content to improve it.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, including the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” and the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce”. If you are a consumer living outside Ukraine, you also keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by agreement.

If you have a complaint, please email us first at fdhbugk372@outlook.com and we will try to resolve it quickly and fairly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way will be settled by the competent courts of Ukraine, unless the mandatory law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. The “Last updated” date above shows when the Terms were last changed.
